INSTALLATION OF HOSPITAL INFORMATION SYSTEM AND ESSENTIAL HARDWARE USE FOR THE OPERATION OF TAMPAKAN GENERAL HOSPITAL

1.The Local Government of Tampakan, through the AO#3-SB NO.2 CY2025 GF-PROPER 4421-1-07-05-030 intends to apply the sum One Million Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 1,800,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for INSTALLATION OF HOSPITAL INFORMATION SYSTEM AND ESSENTIAL HARDWARE USE FOR THE OPERATION OF TAMPAKAN GENERAL HOSPITAL. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2.The Local Government of Tampakan, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Thirty (30) working days. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
