INVITATION TO BID
INSTALLATION OF GROUND PUMP FOR AGRICULTURAL ACTIVITIES

1. The Barangay council of barangay SAPANG, through the 20% Development fund FY 2025, intends to apply the sum of THREE HUNDRED NINETY ONE THOUSAND TWENTY FOUR (P391,024.) being the approved budget for the contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the INSTALLATION OF GROUND PUMP FOR AGRICULTURAL ACTIVITIES (2025-02-31).

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Barangay Council of Barangay SAPANG, now invites bids for the above procurement Project, Completion of the works is required within 15 calendar days from receipt of notice to proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the bidding documents, particularly, in section II (instruction to bidders).
