1. The Barangay Government of Obligacion, through its Barangay Fund 2024 , intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (Ph150,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the INSTALLATION OF FREE FLOWING WELL, PUROK 6, BARANGAY OBLIGACION, BALER, AURORA, (BLGU-OBL-2024-0002). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Barangay Government of Obligacion now invites bids for the INSTALLATION OF FREE FLOWING WELL, PUROK 6, BARANGAY OBLIGACION, BALER, AURORA. Completion of the Works required is THIRTY (30) CALENDAR DAYS. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
