1. In view of the two (2) consecutive failed biddings, the Cebu Port Authority, through the 2024 CPA Corporate Budget intends to apply the sum of Twenty Million Eight Hundred Fifty-Five Thousand Five Hundred Pesos and 10/100 (PhP 20,855,500.10) being the ABC to payments under the contract for “Installation of Four (4) Units Range Lights and Two (2) Units Fixed Markers for Aid to Navigation @ Cebu Harbor and Mactan Channel, Cebu Baseport”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
