The Cebu Port Authority, through the 2023 CPA Corporate Budget, intends to apply the sum of Ten million nine hundred ninety thousand eight hundred ninety-one and 74/100 (PhP 10,990,891.74) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Installation of Four (4) units Range Lights and Two (2) units Fixed Markers for Aid to Navigation @ Cebu Harbor and Mactan Channel, Cebu Baseport with CPA Project ID 2023-25-IN (RM). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
