Description : Invitation to Bid for Installation of FK-5-1-12 Based Clean-Agent Fire Suppression System at MIS, EE and Command Center Room

1. The Philippine Economic Zone Authority, through the Approved Corporate Operating Budget for the Year 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two million Seven Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (ABC Php 2,700,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Installation of FK-5-1-12 Based Clean-Agent Fire Suppression System at MIS, EE and Command Center Room and Project Identification Number 2025-007-R2. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Philippine Economic Zone Authority now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within Ninety (90) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project, which is Installation of Fire Suppression System and contract completed within ten years from the date of the opening of bids.
