1) The CIVIL AVIATION AUTHORITY OF THE PHILIPPINES-AREA CENTER II, through
the Annual Procurement Plan, APP 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Four
Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos (Php 3,480,000.00), ACII-BAC-PB-009-2025
being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for
each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically
rejected at bid opening.

2) The CIVIL AVIATION AUTHORITY OF THE PHILIPPINES-AREA CENTER II now
invites bids for INSTALLATION OF ELEVATOR AT CONTROL TOWER AT
CAUAYAN AIRPORT (USD 28,000.00@60) PLUS OTHER FEES. Delivery of the
Goods is required Ninety (90) Calendar days Bidders should have completed, at least
ten(10) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the
