• The Local Government Unit of Kabugao, through LGSF-SBDP FY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Pesos (₱5,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Installation of Electrical System and Lighting Components for the Renewable Energy-Based Electrification Program Phase II under Contract No. SF Infra 2025-64. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
