Description : Invitation to Bid for Installation of Electrical Substation (Phase 1) - Urdaneta Campus

1) The Pangasinan State University, through the Agency/Interal Fund intends to apply the sum of Fifteen Million Pesos (Php 15,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Installation of Electrical Substation (Phase 1) - Urdaneta Campus with Project Number 2025-INFRAPB-013-URD. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Pangasinan State University now invites bids for Installation of Electrical Substation (Phase 1) - Urdaneta Campus. Completion of the Works is required within One Hundred Eighty (180) calendar days from the date of issuance of NTP. Bidders should have completed, within Ten (10) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
