  FOR
  INSTALLATION OF ELECTRIC SERVICE FEEDER LINE AND ELECTRIC SERVICE ENTRANCE POST IN SL-PRSD BUILDING, LEGAZPI CITY, ALBAY - NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT TWO FAILED BIDDINGS
  
  1. The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), through the 2024 continuing appropriations intends to apply the sum of One Million Eight Hundred Twenty-Seven Thousand One Hundred Ninety-Eight Pesos and 54/100 (Php 1,827,198.54) only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the “Installation of Electric Service Feeder Line and Electric Service Entrance Post in SL-PRSD Building, Legazpi City, Albay - NP” PR 2024-04-0309 / IB 2024-54 INF- NP. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
