1. The Local Government Unit of Alburquerque, through the 2025 LDRRM Fund intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (P150,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for 25-09-11-44. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Alburquerque now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Thirty (30) Calendar Days. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
