The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF BALER, funded through 20% Development Fund CY 2024, intends to apply the sum of SIX HUNDRED NINETY THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED NINETY-SIX AND 80/100 PESOS (PHP 690,496.80), being the ABC to payments under the contract for the INSTALLATION O DECORATIVE LIGHTS, MUNICIPAL PLAZA, BRGY. 5, BALER, AURORA (MGB - 2025- 0027). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
