Invitation to Bid for the
Installation of CCTV System at Ilocos Sur Provincial Hospital-Gabriela Silang, Brgy. Tamag, Vigan City, Ilocos Sur

1. The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur, through the CY 2025 Appropriations intends to apply the sum of PhP4,427,593.93 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Installation of CCTV System at Ilocos Sur Provincial Hospital-Gabriela Silang, Brgy. Tamag, Vigan City, Ilocos Sur-PGIS-116-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 37 Calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
