INSTALLATION OF CCTV CAMERA AT BARANGAY 35, CABUCO STREET, LOPEZ JAENA STREET, CARIDAD, CAVITE CITY
1. The Barangay Government of Barangay 35 through 20% Development Fund duly approved by the Sangguniang Panlungsod intends to apply the sum of Two hundred seventy six thousand three hundred pesos(Php 276,300.00), approved budget for the contract (ABC) to payment for the Installation of CCTV Camera.
2. The barangay 35 bids and awards committee, now invites bids for the installation of CCTV camera
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the implementing rules and regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184, otherwise known as “Government Procurement Act”.
4. Interested bidders may whether local or foreign, subject to the condition for eligibility provided in the IRR of RA 1984.
