PROCUREMENT FOR INSTALLATION OF CCTV

1. The Barangay Government of Tapilon, Daanbantayan,Cebu, through the sources of fund indicated below (third
column) intends to apply the amounts specified below (second column) being the Approved Budget for the
Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract of the following projects, respectively:

NAME OF PROJECT: PROCUREMENT FOR INSTALLATION OF CCTV
APPROVED BUDGET FOR THE CONTRACT: P 500,000.00
SOURCE OF FUNDS: 20% BARANGAY DEVELOPMENT FUND
BID DOCUMETNS FEE; P 500.00

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.

2. The Barangay Government of Tapilon, Daanbantayan,Cebu now invites bids for the Procurement of materials
for INSTALLATION OF CCTV . Delivery of the goods shall be at least ten (10) days upon receipt of Notice of Award. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders....
