1. The Barangay 82, through the BDF 2025 he sum of Php 299,150.00 being the Approved Budget Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Installation of Barangay 82 Public Address System.

2. The Barangay 82 now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the works is required (15CD). Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the project. The description of an eligible bidders should is contained in the Bidding Documents.

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedure using non-discretionary "pass/fail" creation as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184
