Description : 1. The Municipality of Botolan, through the 20% Developmental Fund intends to apply the sum of P 1,200,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Installation of Artificial Coral Reef and Other Marine Protected Area Structures at BIPOPA (Binoclutan, Porac, Panan), Botolan, Zambales. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Botolan now invites bids for Installation of Artificial Coral Reef and Other Marine Protected Area Structures at BIPOPA (Binoclutan, Porac, Panan), Botolan, Zambales. Delivery of items/services is required within sixty (60) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders.
