  The Municipal Government of Mangaldan, Pangasinan through the TRUST FUND intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Seventy-Six Thousand Pesos (Php 676,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for INSTALLATION ANS SET-UP OF LGU-MIS OFFICE AUTOMATION SOFTWARE PRODUCTS FOR THE ENGINEERING OFFICE WITH Identification Number: MMP-PB-2025-018. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening provided that each project does not exceed the project cost as follows;
