INVITATION TO BID FOR

INSTALLATION AND SET UP OF QUEUING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (WITH DATABASE SYSTEM)

1. The MUNICIPALITY OF PINAMUNGAJAN, CEBU through the GENERAL FUND (CONTINUING APPROPRIATION) intends to apply the sum of SEVEN HUNDRED SEVENTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PHP 770,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for INSTALLATION AND SET UP OF QUEUING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (WITH DATABASE SYSTEM) (GOODS 2503-017). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The MUNICIPALITY OF PINAMUNGAJAN, CEBU now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by within 60 Days from receipt of Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, within the last two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
