1. The Municipality of Bontoc, through the funds provided thru the General Fund CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Ninety Thousand Pesos Only (P 390,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Installation and Dismantling of Floor Mounted Split Type Air- Conditioning Units and Wall Mounted Split Type Air-conditioning Units. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Bontoc now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required forty-five (45) days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
