Description : 1.The Local Government Unit of Jipapad, Eastern Samar through its 20% Fund intends to apply the sum of Twenty Million Nine Hundred Eighty-Eight Thousand Six Hundred Forty-Seven Pesos and Fifty-Four Centavos (P20,988,647.54) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) as payment under the contract for the Installation and Construction of Solar Lights Assembly with Poles (Prescribed Standards) along Poblacion Streets (Brgy. 1,2,3,4), Jipapad, Eastern Samar.

2. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 91840, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
