INSTL-N AND CONFIGURATION OF SURVEILLANCE CCTV CAMERA,
GOODS 2025-07-002
1. The Barangay Ilaya, Dumanjug, Cebu, through the 20% DF Cont-g Appropriation intends to apply the sum of Three hundred sixty thousand seven hundred eighty-two pesos (Php 360,782.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Installation and Configuration of Surveillance CCTV Camera, GOODS 2025-07-002. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Ilaya, Dumanjug, Cebu now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by within twenty calendar days (20 CD). Bidders should have completed, within 2 years of relevant project from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
