Description : The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Regional Office VIII - Tacloban, through its Regional Bids and Awards Committee (RBAC), invites qualified suppliers to submit their quotations under Small Value Procurement, for the Installation and Commissioning of the Network of PRC RO VIII Computer-Based Licensure Examinations (CBLE) Testing Center. Attached is the Request for Quotation (RFQ) relative to said procurement.

A pre-bid conference will be held on August 11, 2025 (Monday) at 10:00 a.m. at the Conference Room of PRC RO VIII, 2nd Floor - LVD Law Bldg., Avenida Veteranos, Tacloban City, to entertain questions and clarifications raised by prospective bidders for this procurement project, if any.

The quotation must be received by the RBAC Secretariat not later than August 14, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. The opening and evaluation of quotations will be on August 14, 2025 at 10:00 a.m.
