The LGU - Barangay San Juan, Santa Lucia, Ilocos Sur, through the 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum Four Hundred Eight Thousand Four Hundred pesos only (Php 208,400.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract INSTALLATION OF ADDITIONAL STREETLIGHTING SYSTEM (Supply & Installation of Electric Operated Streetlights) - Brgy. San Juan, Sta. Lucia, Ilocos Sur with Project Identification Number 25-01-Infra-San Juan. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
