Rita, through Brgy. funds intends to apply the One Hundred Ninety Thousand Pesos (Php190,000.00) Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the Contract for INSTALLATION OF ADDITIONAL CCTV SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM AND PUBLIC ADDRESS SYSTEM at Brgy. Tominamos, Sta. Rita, Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid opening.
