The National Irrigation Administration Agusan del Norte, Surigao del Norte & Dinagat Island (NIA ASDI-IMO) through GAA CY 2023 Projects intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Five Million Five Hundred Eighty-Six Thousand Nine Hundred Fifteen Pesos and 38/100 Only (₱25,586,915.38) being the total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the listed contract below with corresponding information. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The NIA ASDI-IMO now invites bids for the various projects of CARAGA Region. Bidders should have completed, within Ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The requirements of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II, in Instruction to Bidders (ITB) General Provisions Number 5.
