  The Municipal Government of Mangaldan, Pangasinan, through the Municipal Budget of Mangaldan, Pangasinan intends to apply the lump sum of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 1,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for INSTALLATION OF 30 UNITS SOLAR LIGHTS WITH POST AT BRGY. SALAAN, MANGALDAN, PANGASINAN with Identification Number: MMP-PB-2025-017 Lump Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically re-jected at bid opening provided that each project does not exceed the project cost as follows;
