Description : Invitation to Bid for Installation of 1 Set Movable Steel Post with Fiber Glass Board Ring and Installation of Electrical Lights

1. The BLGU Josefina, through the 10% Y.D.F. CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php200,000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the INSTALLATION OF 1 SET MOVABLE STEEL POST WITH FIBER GLASS RING AND INSTALLATION OF ELECTRICAL LIGHTS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The BLGU Josefina now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the work items is required within 12 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a project contract similar to the said project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
