Description : INVITATION TO BID

1. The Provincial Government Aklan, through Support to Farm School - Capital Outlay FY 2022 (Continuing) intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Seventy Five Thousand One Hundred Twenty Pesos and Forty Two Centavos Only (Php 975,120.42) to payments under the contract for the Installation of 1-50KVA Distribution Transformer for Pinamuk-an Elementary School, Pinamuk-an, New Washington, Province of Aklan with AKLAN BAC ITB No. 921 Series 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Aklan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required for Sixty Five (65) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
