1. The LGU- OF BARANGAY BALUD, BORONGAN CITY EASTERN SAMAR , through the 20% BDF CY -2025, intends to apply the sum of eighty thousand pesos (Php.80,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for INSTALLATION OF 0.90M X 1.00M PIPE CULVERT 0.125M X 1.30 X 3.00M RC APRON Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LGU- OF BARANGAY BALUD, BORONGAN CITY EASTERN SAMAR now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 7 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
