Description : Scope of Work:
1. Objective:
To install orbit-type electric fans in designated classrooms to improve ventilation and provide a more comfortable learning environment for students and faculty.
2. Description of Work:
The contractor shall perform the following tasks:
a. Site Inspection and Assessment
• Conduct a preliminary assessment of each classroom to determine optimal fan placement.
• Coordinate with the school-s representative to finalize installation locations.
b. Supply and Delivery
• Delivery of the required number of orbit fans, including all necessary accessories (e.g., brackets, screws, mounting plates, wiring materials).
• Ensure all units are brand new, undamaged, and meet safety and quality standards.
c. Installation Works
• Wall or ceiling mounting of orbit fans using appropriate anchors and mounting tools.
• Electrical wiring connection to existing electrical outlets or circuit boxes.
• Secure and conceal wiring to maintain safety and classroom aesthetics.
• Ensure each fan is securely mounted and operational.
