  IB NO. UMC 25-49
  
  1) The West Visayas State University Medical Center, through the Fund 164 (Unexpended 2024) intends to apply the sum of Seven Million One Hundred Thirty-Five Thousand Seven Hundred Five Pesos (PhP 7,135,705.00) Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Inspection, Preventive Maintenance and Calibration Service for Various Medical Equipment. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2) The West Visayas State University Medical Center now invites bids for Inspection, Preventive Maintenance and Calibration Service for Various Medical Equipment. Delivery of the Goods is required by Fifteen (15) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, at least 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
