SCOPE OF WORKS:
1. Tank preparation, cleaning and degassing of 1 x 35kl FOST. Physical inspection and due consideration should be given to applicable safety procedures.
2. Calibration in accordance with the API Manual of Petroluem Management Standards (Manual of Petroleum Measurement Standards Chapter 2- Tank Calibration Section 2A)
3. Record all measurement data, calculations, observation in the Calibration Report.

Hard copy of Main Capacity Table
Floating Roof Table
Tank Nozzle and Appurances Drawing
Calibration Certificate of the Euipment
Calculation Sheet
Field work data sheet
Fully Laminated Calibration Table
*Must be DOST accredited"
