A. Purpose:
This Terms of Reference (TOR) outlines the requirements, specifications, and procedures for the procurement of toners and cartridges.
B. Objective:
The objective of this procurement is to secure the supply and delivery of toners and ink cartridges to support the uninterrupted operations of various bureaus and offices. This initiative is essential to ensure the continuity of printing, documentation, and other administrative functions that are critical to daily operations.
C. Scope and Delivery:
1. Supply and Delivery
a. The supplier shall provide original and high-quality toners and cartridges for various printer models specified herein.
b. Delivery locations:
i. 2nd floor, Intellectual Property Center, 28 Upper Mckinley Road, Mckinley Hill Town Center, 1634 Taguig City; or
c. Delivery Schedule: Within thirty (30) calendar days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP)
