INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PRE-ENGINEERING WORKS, CONSTRUCTION OF SECURITY FENCE
AND MULTI-PURPOSE HALL

1. The Department of Health - Treatment and Rehabilitation Center-Dulag, through the General Appropriations Act 2024-Capital Outlay (SAA No. 2024-02-000286) intends to apply the sum of Three Million Pesos Only (Php 3,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Pre-Engineering Works, Construction of Security Fence and Multi-Purpose Hall (DULAG, LEYTE) IB No. Infra-2025-04-01. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
