INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT OF INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS: CONSTRUCTION OF SOLAR POWERED NEW BARANGAY HALL (PHASE II)

1. The Barangay Local Government Unit (BLGU) of Semirara, Caluya, Antique through the BLGU-Capital Outlay 2024, Supplemental 01 intends to apply the sum Two Hundred Fifty Million Pesos (Php250,000,000.00) Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for ITB No. PB2025-05: Procurement of Infrastructure Project: Construction of Solar Powered New Barangay Hall (Phase II). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Barangay Local Government Unit (BLGU) of Semirara, Caluya, Antique now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 240 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders)....
