The City Government of Catbalogan, through the CY 2026 TRUST FUND (Philhealth), intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED SEVENTY THREE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY SEVEN PESOS (P1,473,187.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) with a contract duration of Thirty (30) calendar days from the receipt of notice to proceed under Rule IV Section 34 of RA 12009 SMALL VALUE PROCUREMENT for INFRA 2026-004 (NP) INSTALLATION OF TRANSFORMER FOR CITY HEALTH, Catbalogan City. A partial bid is not allowed. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening on March 24, 2026.
