INVITATION FOR NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT INFRA 2025 -013 (NP) REFORESTATION AND FOREST MANAGEMENT-FOREST NURSERY, CATBALOGAN CITY.

The City Government of Catbalogan, through the Ordinance 2024-046 Fund City Environment and Natural Resources , intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (P150,000.00 ) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) with a contract duration of Sixteen (16 ) calendar days from the receipt of notice to proceed under section 53.9 of RA 9184 SMALL VALUE PROCUREMENT for IINFRA Goods 2025-013 (NP) Reforestation Forest Management CATBALOGAN CITY . Partial bid is not allowed, Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
