Invitation to Bid for INFRA-2025-009 IMPROVEMENT/RENOVATION OF CATBALOGAN CITY COMMUNITY COLLEGE TEMPORARY FACILITY/CAMPUS, STEP NORTH BARANGAY PAYAO, CATBALOGAN CITY

1. The City Government of Catbalogan, through the Non-Office (Appropriation Ordinance No, 2025-004) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Two Hundred Sixteen Thousand Pesos Only (P2,216,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for INFRA-2025-009. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Catbalogan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project, Completion of the Works is required Forty Six (46) calendar days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
