1) The Province of Zamboanga Sibugay, through the GF-Capital Outlay 2025 intends to apply the sum of Php 999,922.72 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of 1 Unit Base Water Tank at Olutanga Municipal Hospital, Olutanga, Zamboanga Sibugay Province with Project Identification Number INFR-2026-012. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Province of Zamboanga Sibugay now invites bids for Construction of 1 Unit Base Water Tank at Olutanga Municipal Hospital, Olutanga, Zamboanga Sibugay Province with Project Identification Number INFR-2026-012.3 Completion of the Works is required within 36 Working Days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
