Description : TERMS OF REFERENCE
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ONE UNIT OF LAPTOP COMPUTER FOR OFFICIAL USE OF DITTB ASSISTANT DIRECTOR
OBJECTIVE
I. The procurement of supply and delivery of one unit of the branded laptop computers will be used by Assistant Director DITTB
II. APPROVED BUDGET FOR CONTRACT (ABC)
The ABC is PhP115.000 inclusive of 12% VAT and other government taxes.
III. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
Detailed specifications are discussed in Annex "A" of the Term of Reference (TOR).
IV. DELIVERY
The equipment must be delivered within 60 calendar days upon receipt of the Purchase Order.
