Description : TERMS OF REFERENCE
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ONE (1) UNIT HIGH PERFORMANCE DESKTOP COMPUTER

I. Purpose
The purpose of the procurement of one (1) set high performance desktop computer is to provide the necessary hardware resources for the development of the "Procurement and Inventory Management System". The desktop unit will be used for system development activities, including programming, database design, testing, and deployment.
II. Approved Budget for Contract
The approved budget for the project will be sourced through the IPOPHL Approved Annual Procurement Plan CY 2025 amounting to PhP 150,000.00 inclusive of VAT and other government taxes.
