Description : TERMS OF REFERENCE
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF DOCUMENT SCANNERS FOR THE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OFFICE OF THE PHILIPPINES (IPOPHL)
3 UNITS

1. OBJECTIVE
The project aims to replace the ageing document scanners used in IP Satellite Offices under the IP Regional Operations Division of Documentation, Information and Technology Transfer Bureau (DITTB). The scanners will be used for efficiently digitizing, storing, and sharing documents across DITTB, enabling seamless integration with DITTB processes and workflows.
2. APPROVED BUDGET FOR THE CONTRACT
One Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos (PHP 120,000.00) inclusive of all applicable fees and taxes.
3. MODE OF PROCUREMENT
This procurement shall be undertaken through Small Value Procurement pursuant to Republic Act 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
