General Requirements of CRM system:
Procurement of a Marketing CRM System Software
1. System Compatibility: 10S/Android/Google/PC system/other that users can access anywhere using the internet browser.
2. System Requirements: The proposed CRM must be a cloud-based solution accessible via modern web browsers (i.e. Edge, Safari, Chrome, Firefox) similar to Facebook.
3. The proposed CRM must be compatible and integrate seamlessly with the existing email system of the IPOPHL which currently uses Google Mail (Gmail)
4. Number of seats: 4 administrators and unlimited seats for access.
