Description : TERMS OF REFERENCE
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ADOBE ACROBAT PRO LICENSES

1. OBJECTIVE
Integral to proper records management is the conversion of physical documents to digital format.
For this purpose, the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines (IPOPHL) subscribed to Adobe Acrobat Pro. It provides access to advanced features and functionalities otherwise not available in free versions. Such features include redacting, password protection, splitting, merging, and extracting. All of which are necessary in various use cases in document archiving and sharing.

This procurement activity aims to extend the subscription validity of existing Adobe Acrobat Pro
licenses to ensure existing workflows that are dependent on its features and functionalities continue to function as designed.

2. APPROVED BUDGET FOR THE CONTRACT
Two Hundred Forty Thousand Pesos (PHP 240,000.00) inclusive of all applicable fees and taxes.
