Description : TERMS OF REFERENCE
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF SEVEN UNITS OF BRANDED LAPTOP COMPUTERS FOR
OFFICIAL USE OF IPOPHL LAWYERS AND PROJECT MANAGER

I. OBJECTIVE
The procurement of supply and delivery of seven units of branded laptops will be used
by IPOPHL lawyers and the project manager.
II. APPROVED BUDGET FOR CONTRACT (ABC)
The ABC is PhP490,000.00 inclusive of 12% VAT and other government taxes.
III. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
Detailed specifications are discussed in Annex "A". See Term of Reference (TOR).
IV. DELIVERY
The Equipment must be delivered within 45 calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
