SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF DOCUMENT SCANNER FOR THE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
OFFICE OF THE PHILIPPINES (IPOPHL)

1. OBJECTIVE
The project aims to replace the ageing network document scanner used in Documentation Information
Technology Transfer Bureau (DITTB). The scanner will be used for efficiently digitizing, storing, and sharing documents across DITTB, enabling seamless integration with DITTB processes and workflows.
2. APPROVED BUDGET FOR THE CONTRACT
Fifty Thousand Pesos (PHP 50,000.00) inclusive of all applicable fees and taxes.
3. MODE OF PROCUREMENT
This procurement shall be undertaken through Small Value Procurement pursuant to Republic Act 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
