Procurement of
Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Equipment (Microsoft Azure Services) - Early Procurement Activities

1. The Commission on Audit (COA), through National Expenditure Program FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Fifteen Million Pesos (₱15,000,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Equipment (Microsoft Azure Services) - Early Procurement Activities. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each item shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. COA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within the calendar days stated in Section VI (Schedule of Requirements) upon Supplier-s receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within Three (3) years (November 2022 to November 2025) prior to the deadline for the submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
