Invitation to Bid for Construction of 2-CL School Building, Magsaysay Elementary School, Barangay Katipunan, Sto. Niño, South Cotabato
1. The Provincial Government of South Cotabato, through the SEF-SB no.5 1-CRSB-PPE 1-07-04-020 intends to apply the sum of ₱ 2,599,977.77, Construction of 2-CL School Building, Magsaysay Elementary School, Barangay Katipunan, Sto. Niño, South Cotabato / INF - ITB 25 - 102 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of South Cotabato now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 120 Calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
