1. The Provincial Government of South Cotabato, through the 20% LDF 2025 PEO -
3.2.5- 1-07-04-990 intends to apply the sum of ₱ 1,499,945.84, Construction and
Improvement of Provincial Engineer's Office Gate with Perimeter Fence, Brgy.
Zone IV, Koronadal City, South Cotabato / INF - ITB 25-040 being the Approved
Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids
received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid
opening.
2. The Provincial Government of South Cotabato now invites bids for the above
Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 90 Calendar days. Bidders
